1. Insufficient Water Intake.
The main function of the kidney is to drain out metabolic waste from our system and balance erythrocyte in our system. In other words, the kidney filters harmful substances from the blood.
When you refuse to drink enough water to keep the process running, it will accumulate toxins in the body.

2. When you keep your bladder full for prolonged time.
Another way to maintain the kidneys' health is to urinate at the right. When you prolong urinating, it increase urine pressure in the kidneys leading to urinal failure.

3. Excess Consumption Of Caffeine.
Chocolate, Coffee drinks, Soft drinks, Energy drinks are some examples of food that contains caffeine and it's excessive use cause high blood pressure which will put strain on your kidneys, leading to kidney failure.

4. Intake Of Excessive Alcohol.
Excessive alcohol consumption doubles the risk of kidney disease. Anytime you consume even little amount alcohol, the kidney work harder to filter this harmful substance. So imagine taking it in excess. The kidney will overwork, will cause kidney failure as a result of that. Not only that, it'll affect your blood pressure, cause kidney stones and your liver wouldn't be left out.

5. High Salt Consumption.
Salt contains high amount of sodium and about 80% of sodium intake needs to be expelled. Excessive consumption of salt puts the kidney in stress.

6. Smoking.
Smoking increases high blood, reduces blood flow, kidney, liver, lungs, brain will be at risk.

Taking painkillers on regular basis reduces blood, it affects the functioning of the kidneys.
